Originally vacant and dilapidated, the buildings were stabilized, gutted and completely overhauled. The intended program for the project was Office, Retail, Restaurant and Gallery space. The project was completed in July 2016 and was fully leased by September 2016. This project has been awarded the USGBC LEED Silver designation.
